In 2018 the company first set sail. Sam Fildes & Alex Tudor, founders of Norse Electrical, came up with their name and the recognizable, eye-catchy Norse logo while sitting around Sam’s parents’ kitchen table one evening back in 2017. Sketching their ideas and branding on a bit of scrap cardboard to registering their company on Companies House in 2018, and making their visions a reality. A scary, surreal moment that seemed very grown up for Sam who was only 19 years old at the time.

Proudest moment: “Seeing the Norse Electrical vision come to life. I will always remember the first time we got our first van sign-written, seeing our logo/branding wrapped around our van, driving it to our next job, pulling up and looking the part. It was a very proud moment.”

Proudest moment: “The proudest moment for me was the day we signed our first big contract. It came after 14 months of hard work at Norse, and it was for a very exciting project at the RAF Museum. It was a bit scary at first, but it pushed us to want more and showed how far we had come.”
Norse Electrical started out as the two of them working on the tools, completing small-scale domestic, commercial & industrial projects, enjoying and taking pride in everyday work. Over the years, Sam and Alex have grown their team to 10+ staff members, taking on and completing larger, longer projects.
Norse Electrical now have an off-the-tools team working hard in the office running operations, managing the on-site team, and building stronger relationships with our clients. Norse Electrical’s vision is to steadily scale up and grow the company, taking on more trusted staff and taking on larger commercial and industrial projects.
