Notting Hill Genesis – Electrical Works Programme (2025–2026)
Throughout the 2025–2026 period, Norse Electrical were appointed to deliver a comprehensive programme of electrical works for Notting Hill Genesis, supporting the ongoing maintenance, refurbishment, and statutory compliance of residential properties across their housing portfolio.
The scope of works included 154 electrical item replacements as part of kitchen refurbishment programmes, ensuring safe, modern, and reliable electrical installations to support new layouts and appliances. In addition, Norse Electrical carried out 12 full house rewires, upgrading existing electrical systems to current standards and improving long-term safety and performance for residents.
As part of the contract, our team also completed 112 electrical safety tests, helping Notting Hill Genesis meet compliance obligations and maintain high safety standards across occupied and void properties. Further works included the replacement of 34 electric showers, improving efficiency, reliability, and overall resident comfort.
All works were undertaken by fully qualified engineers in strict accordance with current electrical regulations and housing association requirements. Careful scheduling, clear communication, and a resident-focused approach were central to the successful delivery of the programme, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining consistent quality across all properties.
